GRAVITY CLASSES
Gravity Group: The group class is a high energy, effective way to increase cardio, strength and endurance. The full body workout will benefit upper body, core and lower body muscles. Classes are 35- 45 minutes long.
Gravity Blast: The Blast class is for individuals already participating in Group classes and is challenging, high intensity and fast paced. The class incorporates cardio, Pilates, core strengthening, weight training and props. There is a strong focus on abdominals, gluts, thighs and arms. Classes are 45 minutes long. This class is first come/ first serve so call (303) 978- 9200 to sign up!
Gravity Launch: The Launch class is perfect for individuals that are new to, or returning to a fitness lifestyle and want to start out a slower, more controlled pace. Clients receive the same benefits of Gravity Group while working at a pace that suits the individual! Classes are 35-45 minutes long.
