Pilates Classes
Pilates Mat: Improve balance, flexibility, strength and posture. Strengthen and tone while increasing metabolism, circulation and mental clarity. The Pilates method incorporates proper breathing techniques with slow controlled movement. Perfect for all ages and fitness levels. Private and semi- private classes are offered. Sessions are one hour.
Pilates Gravity: Receive the same benefits of mat Pilates while using the Gravity towers as resistance or assistance. Similar to the traditional reformer, the Gravity tower uses pulleys, straps and a moving glide board to promote torso stability and postural alignment while working limbs in a controlled range of motion. The eight different incline levels allow for progressive resistance that help to lengthen and strengthening, rather than build bulk. Sessions are one hour.
