Meet Our Littleton Team

Lisa Bradford, PT,DPT
Lisa has owned Ascent Therapy since 1998.  She is a native, and graduated from the University of Colorado’s MS PT program with honors in 1995.  She has been a guest speaker at two orthopedic symposiums regarding functional rehab perspectives and was on faculty at the Denver Technical College’s PTA program prior to owning the clinic. Lisa recently finished her DPT program in January. She lives in Littleton with her husband and two daughters (13 and 11), where they enjoy hiking, biking and youth soccer.

Dan Hartman, PT, OCS

Dan is a Colorado native, and has recently moved "back home" to Denver from Florida (tired of hurricanes!). He graduated from the Physical Therapy program at the University of South Alabama in 1999. He has been an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association since 1996, a member of the Orthopeadic section since 2000, and certified through the American Council on Exercise in strength training since 1983. Clinically, his experience is widespread with interests in spinal treatment, manual and manipulative therapy, and a special focus on balance and vestibular disorders. He went on to become board credentialed as an Orthopaedic Certified Specialist (OCS) through the American Physical Therapy Association (ABPTS) in 2006. He takes pride in helping people reach their personal potential. Dan is in the process of completing his DPT program. Dan enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and 2 girls, and breathing that "fresh mountain air"!

Jim Wodicka,PT, DPT

Jim graduated from the Doctorate of Physical Therapy program at Regis University in 2007.  Jim currently treats patients at the Denver and Littleton locations.  Jim grew up in Colorado and enjoys spending his free time with his wife Ashley and sons Reagan and Paxson. Jim and his wife Ashley welcome the arrival of Paxson James on July 4, 2009.

Gisela Steinbeck , Pilates and Wellness Coordinator

Gisela graduated from Metro State College in 2006 with a degree in Communications. She hopes to pursue her Masters in American Sign Language and get her Interpreter's certificate. She has been involved in competitive sports since she was 4 years old. She attended U of W on a cheerleading scholarship before transferring to Metro State. She became a swim coach at the age of 17 and has worked with people of all abilities. Because of her love of fitness, she is excited to be working with people who want to improve the quality of their health/life through exercise and strength training. Gisela has been a tri-athlete for 6 years and is currently training for an IronMan.

Charleen Ryszkowski, Pilates and Wellness Coordinator

Charleen is a native to denver. She Graduated from Colorado State University in 2007 with a double major in Sports Medicine and Nutrition. She moved back to denver and is currently pursuing her education in Tradition Chinese Medicine. When not working or in class, Charleen likes to Dance, Hike, and Water ski.
