Meet Our Littleton Team

Lisa Bradford, PT,DPT
Lisa has owned Ascent Therapy since 1998. She is a native, and graduated from the University of Colorado’s MS PT program with honors in 1995. She has been a guest speaker at two orthopedic symposiums regarding functional rehab perspectives and was on faculty at the Denver Technical College’s PTA program prior to owning the clinic. Lisa recently finished her DPT program in January. She lives in Littleton with her husband and two daughters (14 and 12), where they enjoy hiking, biking and youth soccer.

Casey McNitt, MSPT
Casey has recently moved back to Colorado after spending the last 8 years in Atlanta, GA. He graduated from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in 2002 with a Masters of Physical Therapy. For the last 5 years, Casey had the opportunity to work closely with Atlanta’s professional football and hockey teams. In that time, he gained experience in the rehabilitation of sports medicine injuries and complex post-operative care. Casey enjoys using his manual therapy skills to treat all types of musculoskeletal dysfunctions and is certified in trigger point Dry Needling (TDN) through Kinetacore in Brighton, CO.

Susan Ducklow, MPT
Susan moved to Colorado in 2001 from Charoltte , N.C. She us a native of South Dakota. She graduated from Northern Arizona University in 1992. Her focus is in manual therapy and has training in foot orthotics. Susan lives in Littleton with her husband and two daughters. She enjoys biking, hiking, and gardening. Her favorite activity is watching her daughters sporting events: basketball, swimming, and track.

Gisela Steinbeck , Pilates and Wellness Coordinator
Gisela graduated from Metro State College in 2006 with a degree in Communications. She has been involved in competitive sports since she was 4 years old. She attended U of W on a cheerleading scholarship before transferring to Metro State. She became a swim coach at the age of 17 and has worked with people of all abilities. Because of her love of fitness, she is excited to be working with people who want to improve the quality of their health/life through exercise and strength training. Gisela has been a tri-athlete for 6 years and finished her first Iron Man in 2009. Gisela is certified in Pilates and loves helping clients achieve their wellness goals.

Charleen Ryszkowski, Pilates and Wellness Coordinator
Charleen is a native to denver. She Graduated from Colorado State University in 2007 with a double major in Sports Medicine and Nutrition. She moved back to denver and is currently pursuing her education in Tradition Chinese Medicine. When not working or in class, Charleen likes to Dance, Hike, and Water ski.
