Ascent Therapy Clinics and Wellness Centers will make every effort to accommodate your needs. We contract with most major insurance companies and our staff is always willing to verify your individual benefits and will inform you of any patient responsibility up front to eliminate unpleasant billing surprises. If you do not see an insurance company listed, please call our office at 303-978-9200 and we will verify benefits for you. It is our policy to match in-network benefits for clients with coverage not listed, if applicable. We also have very reasonable cash pay rates available for individuals who do not have physical therapy benefits, or who wish to pay out of pocket to eliminate the delay and hassle associated with insurance referrals and restrictions.

CASH PAY RATES
Cash pay rates are $90 for the initial evaluation; $75 for each follow-up office visit. We apply a $15 discount if paid at the time of service (TOS).
