Comprehensive Wellness Review
This is the first step in partnering with us in improving your total wellness. We will begin a wellness profile for you complete with an initial fitness assessment and then provide you with additional programs, resources and guidance to progress towards your goals. Periodic reassessments will monitor the success of your program and allow us to tailor the program to best suit your individual needs.

We are proud to offer Colorado's ONLY fitness studio with the GRAVITY TRAINING SYSTEM.
Individualized Exercise Program Development
Following your wellness assessment, Ascent can design a specific exercise program to fit your needs and help you reach your wellness goals. Our staff of wellness coaches are experts in exercise prescription and offer a more detailed understanding of safe training than most health club personal trainers. We can ensure that you progress at an optimal pace to help you reach your goals.
Personal Training Sessions
These sessions are designed to provide more one-on-one progression of your exercise program. Your wellness coach will monitor and revise your work-out to ensure proper technique and maximize progress.
Independent Exercise Programs
For the individual that is comfortable with their exercises wants to continue using our facility and equipment for their work-outs we offer the Independent Exercise Program. You may come and use our equipment any time during our normal operating hours and can ask our staff about any minor questions you may have regarding your exercises. Major revisions or questions may require the scheduling of a personalized training session or therapy evaluation.
Healthy Back Program
Available by appointment at any of our locations, this class is designed to screen, educate, and provide instruction to promote and ensure a healthy back. Cost is $80 and includes:
- Injury screen to determine postural and mobility faults
- Education in basic spinal anatomy, and common causes of back injury
- Video instruction
- Lifting demonstrations with work-specific examples
- Postural education and solutions for work and home
- Individualized exercise instruction
- Post-test for comprehension

Massage Therapy
Tedi Zimbeck, NCMT and Theresa Pimental, NCMT are available to schedule massage therapy visits at our Littleton and DTC locations.
Therapeutic massage benefits patients in a multitude of ways following surgery, injury or trauma: edema control, improved circulation to remove inflammatory byproducts and improve delivery of nutrients to cells, prevent or break-up adhesions/ scar tissue, increase flexibility, control spasms and compensation patterns, alleviate headaches associated with TMJ dysfunction and generally offer stress relief and relaxation!
